I recommend that this site may be leased

to the Church Missionary Society without suction on the

following terms;-

(1). Term of lease 75 years from date of Secretary of

State's approval.

(2). Premium, nil.

(3). Nominal Crow Rent of $1.00 per annum.

(4). The lot to be used only for the erection of a

school for the Church Missionary Society and

for quarters for the staff employed in teach-

-ing in such school". In the event of this

condition being infringed, the lot with ali

improvements to revert unconditionally to the

Government.

(5). The lessees, within 24 months of the date mention-

-ed in (1), to form the whole area of the lot

to such levels as the Director of Public

Works may approve and to his satisfaction and to construct such retaining walls as may be

necessary to obviate landslips.

(6). The lessees to expend a sum of not less than 23,000

on buildings within 24 months of the date

mentioned in (1).

(7). The lessees to defray the cost of compensating the

parties at present occupying any portion of

the area now under consideration or any ad-

-joining areas of Crow Land for purposes of

cultivation, &c. The amount of compensation

payable to be determined by the Director of

Public Works.

(8). The lessees to defray the cost of connecting any

drains from the lot to the Public Sewer; the

work to be carried out by the Public Works

Department.
